High-density polyethylene (HDPE)

A polyethylene product with a high density and linear structure, formed by the polymerization of ethylene under certain temperature and pressure conditions using catalysts such as titanium and chromium. Because its synthesis typically occurs under low temperature and low pressure, HDPE is also known as low-pressure polyethylene. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), on the other hand, is a high-pressure polymerization product with many molecular branches and a loose structure, making it soft and transparent but with poor mechanical strength. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin is a white powder or granular product with a density range of 0.941-0.960 g/cm³, a crystallinity higher than 65%, and is non-toxic and non-absorbent. This material has good heat and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength, and good barrier properties, dielectric properties, and environmental stress cracking resistance.

Land transport: Suitable for neighboring countries or short-distance transportation, such as the China-Europe freight train. Land transport is faster than sea freight but slower than air freight, with moderate costs.

Rail transport: Suitable for medium-to-long distance transportation, such as the China-Europe freight train. Rail transport is faster than sea freight and cheaper than air freight.
